Customer needed to repair the roof on a 4-story apartment building. Riverson constructed a stair tower to provide the roofers with safe access. The rubble chute provided a safe and efficient method to dispose of construction waste.
The scaffolding could not be tied into the building so we built a buttress per our engineer’s drawings.
We used plywood to create a lockable hoarding around the stair tower to prevent unauthorized access.
We created an overhead protection at the building access point to keep residents and pedestrians safe.
